Overview
Chris and John who joined our previous gathering in January loved our community. They’ve graciously decided to contribute to our community this month by providing members with a rustic Italian meal prepared by Chris himself, who is a private chef at events.
I’ve kept the setting simple (using paper plates etc) so please manage your expectations on that. Chris is confident that our community will be satisfied with the lovely food he prepares.
I hope this is a good opportunity for our community members to get to know each other better.
Event information
Date: 9th of March 2024 (Saturday)
Time: 12:00PM (start) to 2:30PM (end)
Audience: This event is open to anybody who has an interest in food in Subang and USJ, regardless of where you live.
Venue: Kozie Krafts SS 17. It’s one floor up. Google Maps location. There is a resident dog at the event.
Lunch: Rustic Italian meal. Pork-free. Iced lemon tea will be provided.
Setting: We’re using this event as a casual and comfortable gathering of members of the SubangFood community. We’ll be using disposable cutlery and cups to keep things simple.
Parking: There is ample parking in this area of SS 17. Parking is also free during the weekend.
Price: RM 15.00 per person.

About the Chef
Christopher is an avid cook who finds joy in sharing his culinary talents. He enjoys working as a private chef, hosting cooking demos at fine dining spots, and lending his expertise to improve restaurant menus and kitchens. With over 40 years of experience in IT, Banking, and Financial Institutions, he transitioned into the food industry about 10 years ago, following his passion for cooking.
