Le Deli SS19

I’m in SS19 quite often, and was very happy to find this store that sold cold cuts back in March of 2023. We often eat sourdough with cold cuts and sausages for dinner on the weekends, so being able to buy it here saves me the trouble going to Jaya Grocer. To have a local specialist with quality items who operates and lives in Subang makes it even better.

Food

You’ll be spoilt for choice for European food items here. Le Deli SS19 has their own brand of meats under Solisege. You’ll also find lovely olives, Prosciutto di Parma cured for 18 or 24 months. A wide variety of sausages and cheese are available too.

What I can say is that you should step into this store and check out the selection for yourself. The owner is always looking to import new and quality food items.

I grabbed some lovely 24-month Prosciutto di Parma, sun dried tomatoes, and a variety of olives to go with my sourdough for dinner.

Aside from what’s on the shelves and in the chiller, they’re happy to recommend a personalised meal for gatherings, with cold cuts, bread, pizza and more. Just have a chat with them, and you’ll get some great recommendations. I love activities like that, and will probably plan a gathering here sometime soon.

Service

The Owner Mr. Ng is very knowledgeable and attentive. Always asking questions to understand your taste and preferences before recommending the right thing. His son Sunny is behind the counter too, who will be more than happy to help out. It’s the personal touch like this that makes a place special.

Ambiance

It’s a deli, and when I first came in, there weren’t any tables and chairs. Now they have a seating area that can seat around 15 or so, which makes it a great place for private gatherings.
